Several years ago, my husband and I traveled to Wyoming to spend some time with our youngest son. He was doing the ‘resort circuit’, spending a few months here and a few months there, working in different capacities for various resorts. During our stay, we had an opportunity to experience some of the most beautifulContinue reading “May 24, 2021 – Photo”
On a summer’s day several years ago, my true-blue friend (also an artist) invited me to meet up with her and do some plein air painting. We settled on a location just over an hour from where I live. I took this photo of a delightful ‘little’ bumblebee on a hike (near my home) several years ago.
I think I made a terrible mistake! The last two days have gotten so cold that all of the syrup has frozen solid in the hummingbird feeders that I have dispersed throughout my yard. I keep bringing them inside until the syrup turns from a solid to a liquid but it’s below 20 degrees todayContinue reading “February 12, 2021 – All Creatures Great and Small”
